I have fx 8120, r9 390, m5a97 pro, 16g ram. it isn't that new anymore, but still. after the latest win 10 update 17672.100. my cpu is ramping up to 100% when opening chrome and whatching youtube, and GPU is jumping sometimes to 20-40 % usage for a second (when typing in here). never had that problem. i did the clean install with 17127, let it update to the latest update and still the same problem. i'm out of ideas?

Please help.
